UNDATED (FR) - The Salvation Army Red Kettle Christmas campaign is underway at stores and on street corners across America.  Over 20, 000 bell ringers will volunteer their time to raise money for the less fortunate.  Major General George Hood says the economic challenges this year are creating greater needs for the Salvation Army to address.  Last year the bell ringers raised 118-million dollars.
