LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Kirk Franklin is the winner of two Grammy Awards — for Best Gospel Song and Best Contemporary R&B Gospel Album.
TobyMac won the Grammy award for Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album.
Neither attended last night’s ceremony, so Grammy presenter and fellow Gospel singer Yolanda Adams accepted the awards on their behalf.
The Grammy for Best Gospel Performance went to the sister duo Mary Mary.
Grammy awards in other Gospel categories were won by CeCe Winans, the Gaither Vocal Band and the Blind Boys of Alabama.
