New Bill Introduced to Prevent Teen Pregnancy

There’s a debate going on in the country right now about how best to deal with teen pregnancy.  A bill has been introduced in Congress which would emphasize teen pregnancy prevention programs in the U.S.   But abstinence education supporters say it doesn’t give teens a balanced message.   Valerie Huber is director of the National Abstinence Education Association,  and KTIS News Director Don Rupp has the story.   Information is available on the internet at
