New Bill Introduced to Prevent Teen Pregnancy
There’s a debate going on in the country right now about how best to deal with teen pregnancy. A bill has been introduced in Congress which would emphasize teen pregnancy prevention programs in the U.S. But abstinence education supporters say it doesn’t give teens a balanced message.
